Business Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
For romantic room decor, it is important to book at least 2 weeks in advance. Any booking less than 2 weeks will be subject to a fee.
Please be aware that you must check into your hotel before we decorate; I do NOT book hotels rooms or check in for client (My mission is your fairytale is the only package where I would book your hotel, but you would still need to check in).
Please be aware that dining, hotel rooms, flights, transportation, room decor or massages is not included with our packages. (I book those services and you pay for them)We offer add ons that could be added to some packages. A guide to love is only responsible for planning your romantic date night.
DEPOSIT & Payments (My mission is your fairytale(Custom package) & Romantic room decor ONLY):
Fifty percent of the total amount is required to book. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event by noon. All deposits are non-refundable. All other packages and services must be paid at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION:
In the event that you need to cancel your date or set up, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking for any reason, the deposit/payment can be transferred to a new booking. You will have the option to reschedule your booking, within 60 days of your cancellation date, free of charge. You will only get one free time to reschedule anything after 60 day will require a new deposit/ new booking.

Travel: I offer decorating services in Baton Rouge area, there will be a commuting fee for all bookings outside of a 30 mile radius of Baton Rouge. There will also be a fee for all travels out-of-state. Call me today for a quote.
